HONDAjet TYPE TRAINING

The dynamic nature of flight cannot be simulated; therefore, it is essential to augment initial training with experience planning and flying actual profiles. The focus of this course is to transition the applicant into real world operations as well as to challenge experienced operators with advanced training maneuvers.

Course

The program is customized to each pilot applicant and includes flight and ground instruction, presentations, and coaching. Each training event is tailored to the applicant’s experience and adapted based on a flight skills assessment. All flight profiles are incorporated within the normal operating schedule for the aircraft.

OBJECTIVES

Develop habitual patterns and procedures to overcome saturation in response to workload and abnormal flight parameters. Master flight without automation to combat over reliance and dependence. Mitigate risk across mission profiles through proper planning and scenario analysis. Train beyond the check ride to master safe operational practices under actual flight conditions.

COMPLETION STANDARDS

Training, maneuvers, and emergency procedures will be evaluated and scored according to the standards and metrics established by the US Navy. This program is designed around the concept of training to demonstrated proficiency.

SUPPORT

After completion of training, we provide ongoing mission planning, flight risk analysis, currency training, and mentoring on trips with advanced flight profiles involving: high altitude performance, adverse weather, and international procedures.
